We are an independent advice practice whose services are free, confidential, impartial, and independent. Being "generalists" our advice includes employment law, housing issues, welfare benefits, consumer issues, debt advice and more. If we do not know the answer we will try to find someone who does! |

Be aware that some private companies advertise "free advice services" but then ask the customer to pay them a percentage of any benefits back payment or compensation awarded. There is no need to pay for advice and we never take payment from a client. If you are struggling to find a free advice service please contact us. If we cannot assist you ourselves, we will try to find someone who can. |

Please note that there will be no advice session in Pwllheli in August due to the holidays.

There will be no advice session in Bangor on August 23rd or August 30th.

Our offices will be completely closed between August 23rd and September 3rd inclusive. Normal services, including the Bangor advice session will resume on September 6th 2010.
