Most advice agencies use the Money Advice Trust (MAT) model for debt advice. The National Debtline website holds all this information in easy to read leaflets, all of which can be downloaded. The Consumer Credit Counselling Service offer a similar service.

 

The website AdviceNow covers a wide range of issues including employment law, housing issues, welfare benefits, consumer problems, immigration, and debt. It publishes its own information leaflets on topics such as  family law and school disputes, and searches the Community Legal Services and Citizens Advice websites for information not held in its own system.
