Many national advice services offer telephone advice lines, although what is available depends upon where you live.

 

The National Debtline offers a telephone debt advice service on 0808 808 4000 as does the Consumer Credit Counselling Service on 0800 138 1111. Shelter Cymru offer housing and debt advice for people in Wales on 0845 075 5005. Citizens Advice offers a variety of telephone services across Wales, details of which can be found here.

 

If you are struggling to get advice you are welcome to contact us on 01492 621306. As we turn our telephones off when we are advising you may well get the answer phone, but if you leave your name and number we will return your call.

 

All these services are free of charge, there is no need to pay for advice.
