"Adrian Thomas Advice" is the trading name of Dr. Adrian Hugh Thomas and operates as a "sole trader". Our work is funded via grants and contracts with charities, community groups, and other organisations, and our aim is to improve access to free legal advice. We have a strict policy of providing all services free at the point of delivery, which means that no client will ever be asked to pay for advice.

 

We are also a member of the not-for-profit cooperative SVSI Ltd. This allows us to apply for grants under the supervision of an independent board of Directors, ensuring the appropriate use of "not for profit funding".

 

Our debt advice activities are registered with the Office of Fair Trading under consumer credit licence 623609
